Pin resources to a dashboard

Azure lets you pin resources/blades as tiles on portal dashboards — the analogue would be pinning resource tiles into our Dashboard resource type.

Why not

Our Dashboard is a data-visualization product (visuals bound to datasets), not a portal homepage; mixing navigation tiles into it muddles both. Quick access is what favorites & recents are for.

Offline editing

Rejected — PWA-style offline resource editing with sync-on-reconnect.

Portal chrome extras

Rejected — remaining Azure-portal chrome with no workflow behind it: breadcrumb pickers, feedback smiley, tours, docs cards, localization, tabbed Overviews.
