Voxel building

The proposal gave the voxel world a Minecraft hotbar along the bottom of the screen. The player broke the block they looked at and placed one from the selected slot, and the edits were kept as a delta over the terrain the seed generated.

Why not: It needs a world of blocks, and the console's world is now the Genshin recreation: a smooth heightfield, authored landmarks and generated plants, none of which is a grid a player edits. Genshin itself has no terrain building, and its housing lives in a realm apart, so nothing in the recreation asks for this.
